The most exciting game was a derby match between two local teams from Santiago:Boston College (#7) and Sergio Ceppi (#3). Sergio Ceppi was crushed at home by 17 points 63-80 and even the advantage of their own court did not help. It was a great evening for Argentinian swingman Manuel Lambrisca (192-1997) who led his team to a victory scoring 16 points and 8 rebounds. Lucas Marquez (196-2003) helped adding 18 points. Luis Marrero (-2005) responded with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 15 rebounds and forward Gabriel Gonzalez scored 14 points and 5 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Boston College have a solid series of three victories in a row. They moved-up to second place, which they share with 4 other teams including defeated Sergio Ceppi . Sergio Ceppi lost third consecutive game.
