Regular Season Round 15: Broncos - Trotamundos 100-98

The most exciting game of round 24 in the SPB took place in Caracas. This derby game ended with only two-point defeat on the road of second-bestTrotamundos (11-5) to fourth ranked Broncos (9-6) 100-98 on Tuesday evening. Broncos forced 23 Trotamundos turnovers. 24 personal fouls committed by Trotamundos helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Worth to mention a great performance of American swingman Jordan Williams (196-1992, college: N.Texas) who helped to win the game recording 25 points and 5 rebounds and the other American import forward Tyler Wilkerson (203-1988, college: Marshall) who added 23 points and 7 rebounds during the contest. The best for the losing side was the former international center Nestor Colmenares (200-1987, college: Campbellsville, agency: Pro Sports) with a double-double by scoring 16 points, 10 rebounds, 4 assists and 5 steals and American guard Tyree Crump (185-1997, college: Georgia, agency: BIG) scored 20 points and 4 assists. Four Broncos and five Trotamundos players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Broncos moved-up to third place, which they share with Piratas. Trotamundos at the other side keep the second position with five games lost. They share it with Marinos.
