An interesting game was also surprising road defeat of 5th rankedPanteras in a game in Potosi versus Santas (#8) 89-78 . Strangely Panteras outrebounded Santas 52-37 including a 19-4 advantage in offensive rebounds. Santas looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. The winners were led by Salvadorean Hillary Martinez (172-1997) who scored that evening 21 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists and American swingman Jazmine Jones (183-1996, college: Louisville) supported her with 11 points, 10 rebounds and 9 assists. Even a double-double of 22 points, 13 rebounds and 4 assists by American forward Tinara Moore (189-1996, college: CMU) did not help to save the game for Panteras . Her fellow American import guard Taylor Wurtz (183-1990, college: Wisconsin) added 17 points and 8 rebounds for the guests. Five Santas and four Panteras players scored in double figures. Santas (5-9) moved-up to seventh place, which they share with Correcaminos. Loser Panteras keep the fifth position with eight games lost. They share it with Freseras.
