Everything went according to plan in Chihuahua where seventh rankedDorados (4-3) beat 13th ranked Halcones Rojos (1-4) 95-80 on Tuesday. Dorados dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Halcones Rojos ' 30 and made 19-of-22 free shots (86.4 percent) during the game. Dorados looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. American power forward Charles Mitchell (203-1993, college: Georgia Tech) fired a double-double by scoring 15 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners. Argentinian forward Franco Giorgetti (203-1992) chipped in 17 points and 7 rebounds (perfect from the field making all seven shots !!!). Four Dorados players scored in double figures. American-Puerto Rican guard Eric Ayala (198-1999, college: Maryland) produced 20 points and 4 assists and American point guard Justin Dentmon (183-1985, college: Washington, agency: Slash Sports) added 16 points respectively for lost side. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Dorados moved-up to fifth place, which they share with 4 other teams. Halc.Rojos lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the twelfth position with four games lost. They share it with Freseras.
