Very expected game when 6th rankedLMMR 2 (4-6) was crushed on the road by second ranked San Salvador (9-1) 91-60 . San Salvador dominated down low during the game scoring 62 of its points in the paint compared to LMMR 2 's 32. San Salvador forced 23 LMMR 2 turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 32 assists comparing to just 13 passes made by LMMR 2 's players. Cuban point guard Arlenys Romero (176-1984) notched a double-double by scoring 19 points, 13 assists and 6 steals to lead the effort and Cuban Anisleidys Galindo (181-1989) supported her with 21 points, 7 rebounds, 7 assists and 4 steals.
