Bottom-rankedMoca managed to get a second victory. This time newly promoted Moca won against sixth-ranked Lares 77-62 . It's especially surprising that the victory came too easily and 15-point difference suggests that Moca is in a good shape to leave the bottom place. They made 20-of-22 charity shots (90.9 percent) during the game. American forward Alexis Jennings (190-1996, college: S.Carolina) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 17 rebounds. The other American import forward Asia Taylor (188-1991, college: Louisville) contributed with a double-double by scoring 24 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Four Moca players scored in double figures. Naturalized American guard Ariel Colon (178, college: FIU) replied with 25 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists and American guard Juicy Landrum (173-1997, college: Baylor) added 13 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists in the effort for Lares. Lares' coach rotated ten players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Moca (2-4) moved-up to sixth place. Lares at the other side dropped to the seventh position with five games lost. They share it with San German.
