Very predictable result in Santa Fe where sixth ranked Barrio Parque (5-2) edged 12th ranked Colon SF (2-6) 83-81 on Sunday. Barrio Parque looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of center Emiliano Rossi (199-88) who helped to win the game recording 21 points and guard Lucio Reinaudi (185-95) who added 12 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists during the contest. Four Barrio Parque players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was American guard DMonta Harris (196-97, college: Midwestern St.) with a double-double by scoring 28 points and 11 rebounds and Cuban center Pedro Bombino (206-0, agency: Pro Sports) scored 14 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field). Barrio Parque have a solid three-game winning streak. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with Dep Viedma and Ameghino. Colon SF lost third consecutive game. Newly promoted team dropped to the thirteenth place with six games lost. Barrio Parque will face league's second-placed Union SF in Santa Fe in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Colon SF will play on the road against Ameghino (#4) in Villa Maria and hope to win that game.
