It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Escaramuzas. Worth to mention a great performance of Cuban center Yayma Boulet (193-84) who helped to win the game recording 15 points and 5 rebounds. American guard Briahanna Jackson (168-93, college: Louisville) contributed with 14 points for the winners. Aztks' coach used entire bench saving starting five for next games. The former international forward Gladiana Avila (177-94) answered with 19 points and 5 rebounds and American center Jordan Wallace (190, college: Rutgers, agency: Gamble Sports Management) added 14 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for Escaramuzas. Aztks keep a position of league leader, which they share with Lobas. Escaramuzas at the other side keep the third place with three games lost. Aztks' next round opponent will be again Escaramuzas (#3) in Jalisco, which may be the game of the day.
