Bottom-ranked Los Prados (0-5) tried to put together a comeback for its first victory of the season, but they fell short in the 103-81 loss to fifth ranked Bameso (3-3) in . Bameso outrebounded Los Prados 37-24 including 29 on the defensive glass. They shot the lights out from three nailing 15 long-distance shots on high 53.6 percentage. Bameso players were unselfish on offense dishing 25 assists. The winners were led by American guard Ramon Galloway (190-91, college: La Salle) who scored that evening 22 points and 4 assists and Nigerian-American power forward Ikechukwu Diogu (204-83, college: Arizona St.) supported him with 15 points and 11 rebounds. Five Bameso players scored in double figures. Even 27 points by American DJ Laster (199-96, college: Gardner-Webb) did not help to save the game for Los Prados. Forward Anyeuri Castillo (201-97, college: USC Aiken) added 10 points for lost side. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Bameso moved-up to fourth place, which they share with San Carlos and Huellas. Los Prados at the other side still closes the standings with five games lost.
