Important game to mention about took place in . Third ranked Vikingos (4-1) saved a 3-point victory on the road edging bottom-ranked Henko (0-5) 46-43 on Saturday evening. Vikingos forced 28 Henko turnovers. Power forward Nahomi Guzman (178-1) orchestrated the victory by scoring 8 points and 17 rebounds. Forward Ivanna Flores (-98) contributed with 11 points for the winners. Vikingos' coach allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. The former international Maria Carpio (178-93) answered with 9 points, 11 rebounds and 6 assists and guard Sthefany Narvaez (168-1) added 16 points and 9 rebounds in the effort for Henko. Vikingos moved-up to second place, which they share with Los Andes SM. Henko at the other side still closes the standings with five games lost. They share the position with Santa ES. Vikingos will play against league's leader La Perla in Guayaquil in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Henko will have a break next round.
