Rather expected game in Guaynabo where bottom-ranked Grises (0-12) were defeated by fourth ranked Mets (5-9) 86-73 on Wednesday. Mets forced 19 Grises turnovers. American guard Tyquan Rolon (190-95, college: LeMoyne) fired 15 points and 4 assists for the winners. His fellow American import point guard David Stockton (180-91, college: Gonzaga) chipped in 17 points. Five Mets players scored in double figures. American Marcus Barham (196-96, college: FAMU) produced 25 points and 6 rebounds and American-Guyanese forward Kevin Mickle (201-93, college: Ohio) added 11 points and 7 rebounds respectively for lost side. Newly promoted Mets maintains fourth place with 5-9 record. Grises lost their twelfth game in a row. They still close the standings with 12 games lost. Mets will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Grises will play against the league's leader Vaqueros (#1) in Bayamon and hope to get finally their first victory.
