The game between third ranked Leones MGA (3-2) and seventh ranked Rivas (2-2) was the most important one in the last round on Friday night. Leones MGA was defeated by Rivas in a tough game on the road 75-81. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Leones MGA. Rivas made 16-of-20 free shots (80.0 percent) during the game. They also forced 23 Leones MGA turnovers. Worth to mention a great performance of American Quentin Davis (199, college: Mendocino CC) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 22 points and 13 rebounds. Jabari Price-Martin contributed with a double-double by scoring 21 points and 11 rebounds for the winners. Rivas' coach used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Argentinian power forward Gianfranco Sinconi (204-94) answered with 18 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists and American forward Chris Blake (195-88, college: Detroit) added 13 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists in the effort for Leones MGA.
