LNB top team - Metros (11-3) managed to deliver another win. This time they beat sixth ranked Reales (5-8) in Santiago 106-93. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Reales. They outrebounded Reales 46-35 including 34 on the defensive glass. Metros shot the lights out from three nailing 18 long-distance shots on high 54.5 percentage. It was a great evening for point guard Adris De Leon (180-84, college: EWU) who led his team to a victory scoring 23 points and 5 rebounds. American Jordan Williams (198-92, college: N.Texas) helped adding 23 points and 5 rebounds. At the losing side forward Joan Duran (203-90, college: Campbellsville) responded with 16 points and 8 rebounds and American forward Antonio Hester (199-90, college: Mobile, AL) scored 12 points. Five Metros and four Reales players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Metros maintains first place with 11-3 record. Reales at the other side keep the sixth position with eight games lost. They share it with Huracanes.
