Leading Lagomar (7-3) recorded its third loss in Montevideo. Hosts were defeated by tenth ranked U.Atletica (5-6) 80-72. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international Emilio Taboada (191-82) who helped to win the game recording 25 points and 7 rebounds and American forward Antonio Bivins (198-92, college: UMass Lowell) who added 16 points and 10 rebounds during the contest. Four U.Atletica players scored in double figures. At the losing side swingman Agustin Da Costa (191-98) responded with 21 points and 5 rebounds and forward Pablo Macanskas (196-90) scored 8 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists. U.Atletica moved-up to seventh place. Lagomar at the other side still keeps top position with three games lost. They share it with L.Borges and Sayago.
