Regular Season Round 2: Obera - Quimsa 62-64

Very important is a home loss of Obera against Quimsa on Sunday night. Host Obera was edged by Quimsa in a tough game in Obera 62-64. Quimsa made 19-of-23 free shots (82.6 percent) during the game. Lucas Chiapella had a double-double by scoring 20 points and 12 rebounds (was perfect 11-for-11 from the free throw line !!!) to lead the charge for the winners and guard Emiliano Toretta (185-1) chipped in 20 points and 8 rebounds during the contest. Swingman Hans Ponce (192-99) responded with 14 points and 7 rebounds and Franco Fragozo (198-1) scored 12 points. Obera's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Quimsa will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Obera will play against Olimpico in La Banda and hope to secure a win.
