Semi-Finals Game 5: Brujos - San Salvador 100-115

San Salvador toppled Brujos to secure the Liga MB Finals berth. San Salvador outrebounded Brujos 43-25 including a 20-4 advantage in offensive rebounds. Dominican guard Bernardo Polanco (189-94) stepped up and scored 33 points (!!!) and 9 rebounds for the winners and Puerto Rican power forward Owens Perez (206-92) chipped in 18 points, 14 rebounds and 4 assists. Five San Salvador players scored in double figures. Guyanese-American center Anthony Moe (206-90, college: Millersville) responded with 36 points (!!!), 8 rebounds and 6 blocks and American forward Chris Blake (195-88, college: Detroit) produced a double-double by scoring 27 points and 12 assists. Brujos' coach rotated ten players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
