Very important is a home loss of third ranked Penarol (23-10) against fourth ranked Instituto (22-13) on Monday night. Host Penarol was defeated by Instituto in Mar del Plata 90-80. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Penarol. They outrebounded Penarol 35-24 including 28 on the defensive glass.
