Finals Game 5: Bigua - Penarol 98-76

Bigua celebrated LUB title. They knocked down Penarol to win the championship series 4-1. Bigua outrebounded Penarol 44-32 including a 37-24 advantage in defensive rebounds. The best player for the winners was American Donald Sims (190-1987, college: App State, agency: Pensack Sports) who scored 26 points and 5 rebounds (was perfect 9-for-9 from the free throw line !!!). His fellow American import Victor Rudd (206-1991, college: S.Florida) chipped in 12 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists. Five Bigua players scored in double figures. American power forward Lee Roberts (203-1987, college: Findlay, OH) produced 20 points and 5 rebounds and Argentinian point guard Nicolas Aguirre (189-1988) added 15 points and 5 rebounds respectively for the guests. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
