Finals Game 6: Los Leones - UdeC 63-75

UdeC claimed Liga Nacional title. They overcame Los Leones on the road to win the Finals 4-2. The game was mostly controlled by Universidad de Concepcion. Los Leones managed to win third quarter 17-14. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Universidad de Concepcion forced 20 Los Leones turnovers. American forward Jerry Evans (203-1990, college: Nevada) scored 17 points and 9 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and the former international Kevin Rubio (192-2000) chipped in 14 points and 5 rebounds during the contest. Five Universidad de Concepcion players scored in double figures. Universidad de Concepcion's coach Cipriano Nunez used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The best for the losing side was the former international forward Darrol Jones (193-1994) with 27 points and international forward Ignacio Carrion (201-1993) scored 16 points and 8 rebounds.
