Rayos de Hermosillo outrebounded Pioneros Los Mochis 49-30 including 18 on the offensive glass. It was a good game for American guard Jimond Ivey (196-1996, college: Akron) who led his team to a victory with 27 points and 8 rebounds. His fellow American import Jeremy Hollowell (203-1994, college: Georgia St., agency: Network Sports International) contributed with 15 points, 9 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals for the winners. Swiss point guard Jordan Stevens (182-1994, college: Midwestern St.) answered with 19 points and 7 assists and American power forward Kwame Alexander (201-1990, college: CSUSB, agency: BIG) added 12 points and 11 rebounds in the effort for Pioneros Los Mochis. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
