Semi-Finals Game 5: Arecibo - San German 83-102

San German stormed past Arecibo to ensure BSN Finals berth. Atleticos shot 67.3 percent from the field. It was a great shooting night for Atleticos especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 52.6 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 31 assists. The best player for the winners was American forward Rondae Hollis-Jefferson (201-1995, college: Arizona) who had a double-double by scoring 22 points, 7 rebounds and 10 assists (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field). His fellow American import point guard Glenn Sanabria (180, college: SFC) chipped in 20 points. Dominican Victor Liz (190-1986) produced 22 points and the former international swingman David Huertas (196-1987, college: Ole Miss) added 15 points and 5 assists respectively for the hosts. Five Atleticos and four Capitanes players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
