Important game to mention about took place in . Fourth ranked Patriotas (1-5) saved a 3-point victory on the road edging 5th ranked Zulianas (1-5) 47-44 in the fight for the fourth place. Patriotas forced 37 Zulianas turnovers. Strangely Zulianas outrebounded Patriotas 57-43 including a 47-30 advantage in defensive rebounds. Yara Angarita (-1988) notched 7 points and 14 rebounds to lead the effort and Ivonny Seijas (-2006) supported her with 8 points, 6 rebounds, 4 assists and 5 steals. Patriotas' coach allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. Even a double-double of 12 points, 20 rebounds and 6 blocks by Evilmar Andrade did not help to save the game for Zulianas. Stefany Ferrer (173-2005) added 14 points and 10 rebounds. It was the only win of guest team this round and in all other games host teams recorded victories. Patriotas maintains fourth position with 1-5 record, which they share with defeated Zulianas. It was Zulianas' fifth loss in a row.
