Trotamundos fired past Centauros to ensure the Finals berth. Trotamundos outrebounded Centauros 48-31 including 17 on the offensive glass. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. It was a good game for international center Nestor Colmenares (200-1987, college: Campbellsville, agency: Pro Sports) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 29 points, 12 rebounds and 6 assists. American forward Dwayne Davis (196-1989, college: Southern Miss) contributed with 17 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Four Trotamundos players scored in double figures. Argentinian swingman Martin Fernandez (195-1997) replied with 13 points and 7 rebounds and Argentinian guard Juan Arengo (185-1996) added 11 points in the effort for Centauros. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
