We cannot really consider it an upset in the game between close teams in Concepcion de Urug. where 5th ranked Parque Sur (3-2) was defeated by sixth ranked Lanus (3-2) 75-69 on Saturday. Lanus forced 21 Parque Sur turnovers. Swingman Lucas Gorosterrazu (197-1998, agency: BIG) stepped up and scored 24 points for the winners and American forward Phillip Bledsoe (198, college: GSC) chipped in 9 points and 8 rebounds. Lanus' coach Sebastian Saborido used a ten-player rotation and allowed the starting five to get some rest. The best for the losing side was Agustin Marino with 15 points and 6 rebounds and Franco Fragozo (198-2001) scored 11 points and 7 rebounds.
