Rather predictable result when second ranked Berazategui (4-2) won against 6th ranked Ferro Carril (2-3) in Olavarria 66-61 on Sunday. Berazategui outrebounded Ferro Carril 33-19 including 23 on the defensive glass. The winners were led by the former international center Florencia Fernandez (189-1986) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 19 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) and point guard Agustina Marin (170-2003) supported her with 9 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. Berazategui's coach Gonzalo Gomez used an eleven-player rotation in such tough game. Even 15 points and 5 rebounds (made all of her seven free throws) by guard Micaela Gonzalez (167-1996) did not help to save the game for Ferro Carril. Pilar Carra added 9 points and 6 rebounds for lost side. Berazategui have a solid three-game winning streak. Despite that victory Berazategui went down to third position due to points difference, which they share with Obras and Pacifico. Ferro Carril lost third consecutive game. They keep the sixth place with three games lost. They share the position with 3 other teams.
