Real Esteli topped Jaguares to advance into the championship series. Real Esteli dominated down low during the game scoring 52 of its points in the paint compared to Jaguares' 28. They outrebounded Jaguares 49-32 including 30 on the offensive glass. The former international guard Jared Ruiz (188-1992) orchestrated the victory by scoring 28 points and 7 rebounds. Puerto Rican guard Jezreel De Jesus (185-1991, agency: Interperformances) contributed with 20 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists for the winners. Five Real Esteli players scored in double figures. American-Puerto Rican forward Jonathan Ocasio (196-1992, college: New Haven) answered with 26 points and 5 rebounds and the former international point guard Romario Ponce (180-1995) added 17 points in the effort for Jaguares. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
