Important game to mention about took place in Cordoba. Third ranked Obras (9-3) saved a 3-point victory on the road edging leader Instituto (11-3) 80-77 on Thursday evening. It was a good game for Uruguayan forward Joaquin Rodriguez (198-1999, agency: Pro Sports) who led his team to a victory with 22 points and 6 rebounds. The former international point guard Pedro Barral (187-1994) contributed with 18 points and 4 assists for the winners. The former international guard Nicolas Romano (200) answered with 13 points and 6 rebounds and the former international power forward Tayavek Gallizzi (206-1993) added 17 points in the effort for Instituto.
