Obera outrebounded San Martin 37-26 including a 31-20 advantage in defensive rebounds. Spanish-Argentinian guard Jonathan Maldonado (188-1990) fired 16 points and 7 assists for the winners. Dominican-Argentinian forward Xavier Carreras (198-1994) chipped in 13 points and 7 rebounds. Four Obera players scored in double figures. Obera's coach felt very confident that he used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Matias Solanas (192-1998) produced 9 points and 7 assists and swingman Emiliano Basabe (195-1992) added 11 points respectively for lost side.
