Very predictable result when fourth ranked Olimpico (10-2) rolled over bottom-ranked Atenas (1-10) in La Banda 87-66 on Thursday. American guard Elyjah Clark (190-1998, college: MSSU) nailed 14 points and 4 assists for the winning side and forward Alex Negrete (192-2001) accounted for 9 points and 11 rebounds. Point guard Maximiliano Araujo (183-2002) came up with 16 points and American center Deion McClenton (208, college: Keiser) added 8 points and 9 rebounds respectively for Atenas in the defeat. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Olimpico have a solid series of three victories in a row. They maintain fourth place with 10-2 record. Atenas lost ninth consecutive game. They stay at the bottom position with ten games lost.
