The game had a very big importance for second-ranked Cayman FH as it allowed them to take a leadership position after previous leader's (IRG Astros) loss. Cayman FH smashed bottom-ranked Silver Bullets 2 at home 85-58. Cayman FH dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to Silver Bullets 2's 36. They outrebounded Silver Bullets 2 49-35 including 16 on the offensive glass. Cayman FH brought some defensive toughness making 8 blocks. Canadian forward Nick Berardi orchestrated the victory by scoring 34 points (!!!). Curtis Wilson contributed with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 11 rebounds for the winners. Forward Daniel Stone answered with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 16 rebounds and guard Edward Swaby added 8 points and 4 steals in the effort for Silver Bullets 2. Cayman FH have a solid series of four victories in a row. As mentioned above they are at the top of the standings, which they share with Warriors. Silver Bullets 2 at the other side, also newcomer in the league, still closes the standings with six games lost. Silver Bullets 2 will play next round against strong Sol Blazers trying to get back on the winning streak. Cayman FH will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game.
