Important game to mention about took place in . Sixth ranked Shockwaves (2-4) saved a 2-point victory at home edging their close opponent MPS Tronix (2-4) 87-85 in the fight for the seventh place. Shockwaves forced 34 MPS Tronix turnovers. They brought some defensive toughness making 8 blocks. It was a great evening for guard Noel Squire who led his team to a victory scoring 26 points and 9 rebounds. Center Jordan Bodden helped adding 8 points, 20 rebounds, 4 assists and 6 steals. At the losing side forward Daniel Mowatt responded with 25 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists and center Davion Foster produced a double-double by scoring 18 points and 15 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Despite that victory Shockwaves went down to seventh position due to points difference, which they share with defeated MPS Tronix. Shockwaves will play against league's second-placed Warriors in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. MPS Tronix will play against Silver Bullets (#6) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
