No shocking result in a game in Humacao where top-ranked Atleticos (3-0) defeated bottom-ranked Grises (0-4) 90-78 on Wednesday. Worth to mention a great performance of American point guard Norris Cole (188-1988, college: CSU) who helped to win the game recording 20 points and 7 assists and Panamanian forward Tony Bishop (202-1989, college: Texas St., agency: 011 Sports) who added 21 points during the contest. Four Atleticos players scored in double figures. At the losing side American Thomas Robinson (208-1991, college: Kansas) responded with a double-double by scoring 24 points and 15 rebounds and international center Timajh Parker-Rivera (202-1994, college: Towson) scored 13 points. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Atleticos have a solid three-game winning streak. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with Quebradillas. Loser Grises still closes the standings with four games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
