Not a big story in a game in Chihuahua where Freseras were defeated by Dorados 80-66 on Sunday. Naturalized American Durrell Summers (196-1989, college: Michigan St.) stepped up and scored 23 points and 5 rebounds for the winners and American guard Cleveland Thomas (192-1993, college: WKU, agency: Slash Sports) chipped in 14 points, 5 assists and 4 steals. At the losing side American Nick Faust (198-1993, college: LBSU) responded with 17 points and 6 rebounds and the other American import forward Karim York (206, college: PVAMU) scored 11 points and 8 rebounds. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Dorados will meet Panteras in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Freseras will have a break next round.
