The most exciting game of round 10 in the LSB took place in Managua. This derby game ended with only two-point defeat on the road of much higher ranked Leon (5-2) to fifth ranked Leones (4-2) 67-65 on Thursday evening. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Leon. Leones dominated down low during the game scoring 42 of its points in the paint compared to Leon's 22. American guard Kaleb Hunter (193-1998, college: UNCG) fired 22 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Colombian center Chyse Webster (204-2000) chipped in a double-double by scoring 10 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists. Dominican center Jose Familia (201-1998) produced a double-double by scoring 22 points and 12 rebounds and guard Deikel Sanchez (-1996) added 12 points and 8 rebounds respectively for lost side. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Leones moved-up to fourth place. Leon at the other side keeps the second position with two games lost. They share it with Real Esteli.
