The most exciting game was a derby match between two local teams from Managua: Leones (#5) and Jaguares (#6). Jaguares were defeated at home 71-80 and even the advantage of their own court did not help. Leones had a 45-33 advantage in offensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. Colombian center Chyse Webster (204-2000) fired a double-double by scoring 16 points, 15 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Luis Gonzalez chipped in 16 points, 6 rebounds and 9 assists. American Justin Jackson (203-1990, college: Cincinnati, agency: AG Sports Solutions) produced a double-double by scoring 28 points and 12 rebounds and the other American import swingman Austin Wrighten (192-1996, college: Lynchburg, agency: AG Sports Solutions) added 23 points and 9 rebounds respectively for lost side. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Leones (15-7) moved-up to fourth place. Jaguares at the other side keep the sixth position with 12 games lost.
