Not a big story in a game in Mar del Plata where 16th ranked Penarol (2-6) was edged by top-ranked Instituto (6-0) 76-75 on Monday. Instituto had a 28-17 advantage in offensive rebounds. Worth to mention a great performance of Kadir Pomare who helped to win the game recording 21 points and 8 rebounds and point guard Ignacio Beltramino (179) who added 15 points during the contest. Forward Nicolas Chiaraviglio (199-2004) responded with 25 points and 8 rebounds and point guard Gian Rossi (185-2005) scored 21 points and 8 assists. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Instituto have an impressive six-game winning streak. They moved-up to third place. Penarol lost fourth consecutive game.
