But Fantasmas were not able to use a home court advantage and were defeated by the opponent from San Salvador 91-75 on Wednesday night. American guard Jeremy Agosto (177-1997) stepped up and scored 31 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners and point guard Martin Ramos (171-1992) chipped in 21 points and 6 rebounds. Five San Salvador players scored in double figures. At the losing side American Nick Moore (198-1991, college: Alliance) responded with a double-double by scoring 29 points and 18 rebounds and the other American import point guard Darius Daniels (178-1997) produced a double-double by scoring 22 points and 11 rebounds. San Salvador will meet at home Santiagueno in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Fantasmas will play against Cojute in Cojutepeque and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
