An exciting game was played in Puerto Plata.Indios faced Marineros . Guests from San Francisco (4-2) defeated host Marineros (4-3) 85-79 . The best player for the winners was Luismal Ferreiras (200-2003, agency: BMS Sport Agency) who had a double-double by scoring 19 points and 13 rebounds. Rey Abad (210-2002) chipped in 14 points, 8 rebounds and 5 blocks. At the other side the best for losing team was swingman Braynt De La Cruz (198-2002, agency: BMS Sport Agency) who recorded a double-double by scoring 12 points and 10 rebounds and forward Shamil Ballas (198-1994) added 13 points and 7 rebounds respectively. Five Indios and four Marineros players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
