Hebraica outrebounded Vivo/Franca 38-24 including a 32-19 advantage in defensive rebounds. Hebraica shot the lights out from three sinking 14 long-distance shots on high 70.0 percentage. 25 personal fouls committed by Vivo/Franca helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. The best player for the winners was Italian-Uruguayan point guard Luciano Parodi (182-1994) who had a double-double by scoring 26 points and 10 assists.
