33-year old Puerto Rican point guard Jezreel De Jesus (185-PG-1991, agency: Interperformances) had an amazing evening in the last round for league's best team Real Esteli and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 11.
He had the game-high 32 points adding six rebounds and four assists for Real Esteli in his team's victory, helping them to beat Paisas (#2, 3-3) 92-87. The game was between two of the league's top four teams. It allowed Real Esteli to consolidate first place in the Basketball Champions League Americas. They would have been even better if they did not have these two lost games earlier in Regular Season. Real Esteli has a very solid 4-2 record, but they cannot be too comfortable about keeping top position. In the team's last game De Jesus had a remarkable four three-pointers out of 6 attempts. He just recently signed at Real Esteli, being already a very valuable addition to the team. De Jesus has impressive league stats. He is in league's top in points (2nd best: 23.5ppg) and averages solid 55.9% FGP and 41.5% from behind 3-point line.

Second best performed player last round was Georginho de Paula (197-PG-1996) of Sesi/Franca Sao Paulo. He is a guard in his first season at Sesi/Franca. In the last game de Paula recorded an impressive double-double of 15 points and 12 rebounds. Of course Vivo/Franca cruised to a 87-75 relatively comfortable win over Los Leones (#12, 0-6). The game was between two teams which are definitely not main contenders for the title. Sesi/Franca dropped in the standings to 10th position. A very good start of the season for his team, which won so far all 6 games without any defeat. de Paula is a newcomer at Sesi/Franca and quickly became one of team's most reliable players.

Third place about best performers goes to forward Bautista Lugarini (203-F-2001) of Instituto Atletico Central Cordoba (#11). Lugarini scored 16 points and grabbed 8 rebounds. He was a key player of Instituto, leading his team to a 84-72 win against Los Leones (#12, 0-6). Instituto needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 3 victories and 3 lost games. Lugarini has a very solid season. In 5 games in Basketball Champions League Americas he scored 12.6ppg.

Other top performing players last week:
4. Eric Crawford (193-G) of Paisas - 19 points, 6 rebounds and 2 assists

The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3*(REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4*(2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3*(2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3*(3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
