Here is the last round review presented by ESL.

The most crucial game of the last round was the first loss of Dream Ballers (2-1) on the court of leader San Pedro T. on Saturday night. Visitors were defeated by San Pedro T. 85-81. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Dream Ballers. American guard Jihad Wright (193, college: UNC Pembroke) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 22 points, 11 rebounds, 5 assists and 6 steals for the winners and guard Jamal Kelly (-90) chipped in 20 points and 4 assists. San Pedro T.'s coach used an eleven-player rotation in such tough game. Guard Daniel Nolberto responded with 24 points. San Pedro T. have a solid series of three victories in a row. They maintain first place with 5-0 record. Newly promoted Dream Ballers keep the second position with one game lost. They share it with Belize City D. and Smart Belize H.. San Pedro T. are looking forward to face Orange Walk RR (#6) in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Dream Ballers will play against Smart Belize H. (#4) in Belize City and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
Bottom-ranked Verdes (0-4) is still winless. But it was rather predictable considering how strong their opponent was. Verdes at the other side, also newcomer in the league, still closes the standings with four games lost. They share the position with Orange Walk RR. Belize City D. will play against league's leader San Pedro T. at home in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Verdes will play against Belmopan B. (#5) and hope to get finally their first victory.

Orange Walk RR will play against the league's leader San Pedro T. and looks forward to get finally their first victory.
