Roche signs Aishah Sutherland

AISHAH SUTHERLAND

Roche Vendee BC (LFB) signed 28-year old American (has also Belizean passport) forward Aishah Sutherland (187-90, college: Kansas, agency: Two Points). She started the season at Blue Minx in South Korean WKBL.
Part of last season Sutherland spent at Woori Bank in South Korean league where in 9 games she had 8.6ppg and 6.8rpg. She also spent pre-season at Lointek Gernika Bizkaia in league. In 5 games she recorded 15.0ppg, 8.0rpg and 1.8apg. Sutherland also played 2 games in Eurocup where she averaged 10.5ppg, 5.5rpg and 1.0spg.
She is quite experienced player. Sutherland has played in five different countries on four different continents (Europe, Asia, Latin America and of course North America). She has played previously professionally in Chile (Los Leones), Italy, Latvia (TTT Riga), Lebanon (Al Riyadi) and Poland (CCC Polkowice and KS JAS FBG Sosnowiec).
Sutherland attended University of Kansas until 2012 and it is her seventh season as a professional player.
