E.Holon lands Aishah Sutherland

Aishah Sutherland

Elitzur Holon (D1) landed 33-year old American (has also Belizean passport) 188cm forward Aishah Sutherland (college: Kansas). Sutherland started the season at Nesibe in Turkish KBSL. In 6 games she averaged 11.0ppg, 5.8rpg, 1.2apg and 1.2spg.
She is a very experienced player. And here thanks to pro basketball she experienced life in twelve different countries playing on four different continents. Sutherland is familiar with European, Asian, Latin American and of course North American leagues. She has played previously professionally in Chile (Leones), France (Toulouse and Roche), Italy, Jordan (Orthodox), Korea (Woori Bank and Blue Minx), Latvia (TTT Riga), Lebanon (Al Riyadi), Poland (Polkowice and Sosnowiec), Puerto Rico (Cangrejeras), Spain (Gernika, Araski and Zaragoza), Israel (Maccabi Bnot Ashdod and Hapoel Rishon Le-Zion) and Dominican Republic (Immortals).
Among many awards she won Latvian LSBL championship title in 2017. Sutherland received Eurobasket.com Latvian-Estonian LSBL Player of the Year award and Eurobasket.com Latvian-Estonian LSBL Import Player of the Year award back in 2017.
She graduated from University of Kansas in 2012 and it is her twelfth (!!!) season in pro basketball.
