Bermuda Basketball Winter League Round Up - Feb 21, 2018

The Bermuda Basketball Association's Winter League season sponsored by ONE saw a double header at the Somersfield Academy Gymnasium result in 184 points on the night. In Game 1, the Pembroke Skyforce defeated the Southampton Thundercats 50 - 43, Timothy Rogers would lead the Pembroke Skyforce with 16 points, 11 rebounds, 2 steals and 1 block shot, while Jermayne Dears scored 16 points, he had 6 rebounds and 1 assist for the Southampton Thundercats.
In Game 2, the Hamilton Parish Rockets defeated the Smith's Court Kings 49 - 42. Kameron James scored 13 points for the Hamilton Parish Rockets, he would also have 10 rebounds, 4 assists and 2 steals, while Jericho Tucker had a game high 17 points for the Smith's Court Kings, he would also have 4 rebounds, 1 assists and 3 steals.

The Bermuda Basketball Association's Under-19 team are targeting an improved performance in their second appearance in the Heartlake Winter Classic in Brampton, Ontario, Canada.
