Calero de Potosi added PG Pj Foster (183-PG-91, college: Limestone), a 25 year-old former player of Correcaminos UAT Victoria in Mexico's LNBP, in order to improve its chances of making it to the playoff in Bolivia's 2016 edition of Libobasquet, according to a press release.

"The arrival of P.J. (Foster) should allow our offense to be a little bit faster", said Argentinian head coach Juan Carlos Berutti after the confirmation of this transaction.

Foster is 1.83m tall and averaged 9.7 points, 1.9 rebounds and 1.4 assists per game in 11 games in Mexico, while posting 41.7% in three-point shots. He's also played in Canada's NBL for Halifax Rainmen (2014-2015), averaging 6.9 points, 1.4 rebounds and 1.5 assists per game in 42 games.

Amistad Sucre (Libobasquet) strengthened their roster with addition of 33-year old Joaquin Sandoval (85). It is actually his comeback to Sucre as he has played here before. The last time (17) he played at La Salle Tarija in Bolivian Libobasquet. He missed last season and had one year break from professional basketball. Carl A-Z (Libobasquet) strengthened their roster with addition of 31-year old Diego Soto (86). The last time (15-17) he played at Univ. San Simon in Bolivian Libobasquet. Soto missed last season and had one year break from professional basketball. Soto's team made it to the Libobasquet Semifinals in 2017. He has played previously for La Salle-UPB Cochabamba.
