Univ. San Simon adds Johnson to their roster, ex Joventut

Alexus Johnson

Universidad San Simon (Libobasquet) added to their roster 29-year old American forward Alexus Johnson (188cm-1994, college: Texas Southern). Johnson moved there from Joventut in Spanish LF Challenge. In 26 games she recorded 12.0ppg, 7.7rpg, 1.5apg and 1.6spg last season.
Part of last summer she spent at Lobas in Mexican LMBPF where in 9 games she averaged impressive 18.6ppg, 6.1rpg, 2.2apg, 2.9spg and 1.2bpg. She helped them to make it to the semifinals. Johnson also played for Carl A-Z Oruro that season. In three Liga Sudamericana games she had very remarkable stats: 20.0ppg, 13.7rpg, 3.3spg and 1.3bpg.
She has played previously professionally also in France (Limoges, D'Ifs and Feytiat).
Johnson played in the final of SWAC Tournament in 2014.
She graduated from Texas Southern University in 2015 and it is her eighth season as a professional player.
