Aleman defeated Univ. San Simon at home 75-70. Strangely Univ. San Simon outrebounded Aleman 40-0 including a 13- advantage in offensive rebounds. 26 personal fouls committed by Univ. San Simon helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Keyla Huayllas (-1993) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 10 rebounds. Zalet Balcazar contributed with 20 points for the winners. Keyla Huayllas (-1993) replied with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 10 rebounds for Univ. San Simon. Univ. San Simon will play next round against strong Uriona trying to get back on the winning streak. Aleman will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game.
