Nija Collier (ex Ameghino) agreed terms with Club de Tenis

Club de Tenis La Paz (Libobasquet) has strengthened their roster by adding American swingman Nija Collier, who stands at 183cm and played college basketball at Central Missouri. Collier joins the team from Ameghino in the Argentinian LaLiga Femenina, where she put up impressive numbers in 22 games last season: 12.6 points per game, 12.0 rebounds per game, 1.4 steals per game, and 1.5 blocks per game. She had a standout year, earning the title of League Player of the Week four times.
She won the NJCAA Division II championship title in 2019.
She attended the University of Central Missouri until 2022 and it's her second season in pro basketball. She also played for Kansas City Kansas Community College for 2 years.
