They fired past Paulistano in the championship game to conquer the trophy. The game was mostly controlled by Vivo/Franca. Paulistano managed to win fourth quarter 18-15. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Paulistano to just 6 points in third quarter. Vivo/Franca looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists comparing to just 8 passes made by Paulistano's players. Worth to mention a great performance of international forward Lucas Silva (209-95) who helped to win the game recording 19 points and 7 rebounds. The former international Andre Bresolin (195-87) contributed with 14 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists for the winners. Four Vivo/Franca players scored in double figures. Center Andre Abreu (212-2) answered with a double-double by scoring 12 points and 11 rebounds and center Maique Tavares (210-93) added 8 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Paulistano. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
