There are only two more rounds left in the Regular Season in Paulista. Here is the last round review presented by ESL.

The game between Top Four teams took place in Sao Paulo. 3rd placed host Vivo/Franca (10-4) lost to first ranked Paschoalotto/Bauru (11-2) 79-65. It was a great evening for international power forward Lucas Mariano (208-93) who led his team to a victory scoring 19 points. The former international Jefferson Andrade (207-83) helped adding 11 points and 11 rebounds. At the losing side the former international Lucas Cipolini (206-86, college: BYU-Hawaii) responded with 17 points and 7 rebounds. Paschoalotto/Bauru have an impressive series of six victories in a row. They maintain first place with 11-2 record. Vivo/Franca at the other side keeps the third position with four games lost. Paschoalotto/Bauru are looking forward to face Osasco B. (#9) on the road in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Vivo/Franca will play against America (#10) in Rio Preto and is hoping to prove to their supporters that the loss was just an accident.
The game in Sorocabana was also worth to mention about. Seventh ranked Sao Jose (5-8) played at the court of 8th ranked Liga Sorocaba (4-10). Sao Jose managed to secure a 9-point victory 74-65. Sao Jose's coach allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. point guard Nestor Neto (183-96) came up with 19 points for Liga Sorocaba in the defeat. Sao Jose maintains seventh place with 5-8 record. Liga Sorocaba lost their third game in a row. They keep the eighth position with ten games lost. Sao Jose will play against higher ranked Mogi (#5) in Mogi das Cruzes in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Liga Sorocaba will play on the road against the league's second-placed Paulistano having rather not much hope for a victory.
Fourth ranked Pinheiros (9-4) crushed at home 10th ranked Osasco B. (1-12) by 30 points 97-67, which is the biggest margin this round on Saturday night. Cordero Bennett fired 21 points (on 9-of-11 shooting from the field) for the winners. Leonardo Jacon produced 14 points and 6 rebounds (made all of his seven free throws) for lost side.
